Which plan is right for me?
Classic Slim includes one box for a 30-day routine with one serving a day. Rapid Slim includes three boxes for a 30-day routine with three servings a day. Compare both plans, their prices and what is included on the product page. Always follow the directions and precautions on the product label.
Do I have to choose auto-delivery?
No. You can choose auto-delivery or a one-time purchase. Your selected price and what is included are shown before you add the plan to your cart. See the available options.
How can I change or cancel my auto-delivery?
You can pause, change or cancel your auto-delivery without a minimum commitment. Contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing date so the change can apply to that shipment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact the UKA team.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 business hours. Estimated delivery to the United States is 5–8 business days. If you need help with a delivery, contact us with your order number.
What if UKA is not for me?
Your first order of each plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, even if opened, for up to three tubs. Please contact us before sending a return. Conditions and return shipping details are set out in our returns and refunds policy.
